Arrange a valuation: This is the easy bit, just give us a call or send an email and we will arrange a time to visit
How much is my property worth?: Of course getting this right is imperative. Over valuing a property may make it very difficult to sell, while an under valuation could cost you thousands of pounds. Our property experts have many years of industry experience here in Swindon and we will ensure your property is marketed at the right price.
Create the marketing: We will prepare a comprehensive digital sales pack, including full property particulars, professional photos, detailed floor plans and an EPC.
Advertise your home: Within 48 hours of confirmed instructions we promise to have your property live on all key property websites including Rightmove and of course our own Moovahome website. It will also be advertised on Social Media such as Facebook and Twitter. We will also erect a Moovahome “For Sale” board.
Handle all enquiries: We deal with them all, whether they are web based or on the phone. During this initial contact we will seek to find out the buyer’s position to ensure they are in a suitable position to proceed.
Viewings: We arrange with you a convenient time for the prospective buyer to view your home and will confirm the appointment by email and/or text to both parties. Don’t forget that with our Premium Service all viewings will be conducted by a Moovahome Agent, of course subject to your agreement. If you are doing your own viewings, remember to tell them about the great neighbours, the local school and the nice chap at number 42 who sweeps the street on a Sunday!
Providing Feedback: Following a viewing, Moovahome will call the prospective buyer for their thoughts and establish if they wish to make an offer. Even if they don’t, we will provide you with their feedback, whether it be too small, the wrong layout or the just the wrong colour wallpaper!
Offers: We will refer all offers to you for consideration and discussion. Once an offer is accepted by you, Moovahome will instruct all relevant parties and provide you with a step by step guide of what to do next.
