Not only do we strive to find tenants that will pay their rent on time, we also aim to find suitable tenants that will look after and care for your property as if it were their own. Referencing includes employment checks, credit searches and previous tenancy references but also covers the Right to Rent check and ensures we have a complete picture of the applicant.
Any property we agree to let is professionally marketed by our team. Our standard marketing includes professional photography, video tour, a thorough property description and detailed floor plans. All properties are advertised on online portals such as Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Boomin, Facebook and Instagram. We often include a premium listing where we can to increase interest.
Once a let has been agreed we prepare all tenancy documentation including a thorough inventory and this is sent to both tenant and Landlord via Signable, ensuring a paperless process. The collected deposit is registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
We remain fully compliant with all regulations, ensuring your tenancy remains fully protected. This includes maintaining Gas Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and Electrical Safety Certificates.
