We are often asked our opinion on an investment for a client, whether it be guidance on the rental potential or indeed the purchase price before they start to negotiate. We love property so there is never a charge for our advice on a property a client has found.

Often an Investor is wanting a more detailed input from our team and we can offer everything from the initial consultation through to sourcing of the properties. We use our contacts in the town for finding properties and do enlist the services of a BTL expert to help locate properties under market value. We set out our fee structure at the initial free consultation and then work together in locating the right investment for you.
