What you receive and what we charge

Our commitment to you is to sell your property with the minimum of fuss and for the best price possible.

Historically Estate Agency Fees have been too high and in fact have often be prohibitive in the sale of a property. Furthermore, these high fees have been accompanied by poor customer service.

At Moovahome, we do things differently and believe you will love our approach.

  • Full valuation appraisal.

  • An agreed marketing plan, including full Sales Brochure, photos, floor plans and video tour.

  • Advertising on key sales portals such as Rightmove, On The Market and Zoopla.

  • Marketing via Social Media such as Facebook and Twitter.

  • Property advertisement in local newspapers.

  • Management of all leads and viewings.

  • Weekly updates of all marketing.

  • All viewings conducted by Moovahome staff.

  • Instruction and handing of all third parties such as other Agents and Solictors.

  • Full support from instruction to completion, including regular updates once a sale is agreed.

Here is what you pay:

Firstly, there are no up front fees of any kind to pay. We do even charge for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), should one be required.

Our fee structure is totally transparent and of course “no sale, no fee”

We charge 1%* of the sale price, however, this is capped at £3000.

All fees subject to VAT and minimum fee of £1250 applies.
