We’re happy to announce that we have taken on a new recruit and proud too to introduce her to you. Kim Carta has joined the Sales and Lettings team at Moovahome. In doing so, she has bolstered our team and become our sixth full-time team member.
In professional terms, Kim brings to the post a wealth of customer service and sales experience. She has quickly shown her enthusiasm to be hands on in the day-to-day business and a keenness to learn and develop in the role. In personal terms, Kim impresses with her bubbly personality and promises to be an invaluable addition to the team, making us one of the friendliest estate agents in Swindon.
We aim to be one of the best estate agents in Swindon. So Kim is joining us as a key component in our quest to improve the Moovahome service. At Moovahome, each team member is responsible for a different area of our operation. Kim is on hand for general inspections while she’s also taking on the task of learning our accounts systems so she can help out on administration when time allows.

Michelle Marsh was an integral part of Moovahome Lettings between 2011 and 2014. Her return in the New Year will give a massive boost to the improvement of service levels. Michelle was greatly missed as she always proved to be very popular with both landlords and tenants. Her experience and her charm will be welcomed back by all. So our team’s not just back to full strength but growing.
Elsewhere, the plan in 2018 is for Alex Salsbury to become solely responsible for sales, with plans afloat to increase his team as things becomes busier. Alex has been with Moovahome since 2013. His focus has been on site visits including inspections, viewings and preparing properties for tenants to move in. Alex is also an invaluable resource giving advice on property valuations and purchases.
