Each property we manage is assigned its own Property Manager, who will oversee the entire tenancy from the initial listing of the property through to the expiry of the tenancy. This helps maintain an excellent relationship with both the tenants and the Landlord.
Of course, finding the right tenants for your property is very important and you will find our referencing procedure is very robust. Not only do we strive to find tenants that will pay their rent on time, but we also aim to find suitable tenants that will look after and care for your property. Referencing includes employment checks, credit searches and previous tenancy references
Any property we agree to let is professionally comprehensively marketed. This includes a sales pack that includes professional photography (including video tours if appropriate, a thorough property description and detailed floor plans. All properties are advertised on online portals such as Rightmove and OnTheMarket and where applicable include premium listing.
Once a let has been agreed we prepare all tenancy documentation including a thorough inventory and this is sent to both tenant and Landlord via Signable, ensuring a paperless process. The collected deposit is registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
We remain fully compliant with all regulations, ensuring your tenancy remains fully protected. This includes maintaining Gas Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and Electrical Safety Certificates (compulsory from July 2021).
