Tailored Marketing

How your property is marketed is one of the key criteria for a successful sale. In fact Marketing is one of the obsessions of our team..

It requires professional photographs and marketing video tour, a detailed and thoughtful description and accurate floor plans. This helps us create the perfect “Sales Brochure” for your property. This is all completed by us and agreed with you before the marketing goes “live”.

We ensure your property is marketed on all the key online sales platforms, including Rightmove, Boomin, OnTheMarket and of course the Moovahome website. Furthermore, it will be promoted via Social Media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

We also combine our digital marketing with more traditional methods such as local newspapers and other printed material. In addition, where appropriate we will also offer “open days” for property viewings and of course co – ordinate and host these ourselves.

Lastly, we make all sale properties a ‘Premium’ listing on Rightmove. This makes your home jump out of the page and features four properties and is included in our standard fee.

Once a sale is agreed, we will instruct and liaise with all third parties, including Solicitors and other Agents. You will continue to receive regular updates from us right up until completion.
