We keep the marketing fresh, editing descriptions and adding additional photos where necessary to keep the listings towards the top of the search engines.
Once a sale is agreed, we will instruct and liaise with all third parties, including Solicitors and other Agents. You will continue to receive regular updates from us right up until completion.
