We aim to make the process of buying a property simple and hassle free!

1. Search our properties

View the particulars, check out the photos, video tours and floor plans. If you see a property you like and wish to view or need further detail, then simply get in contact by email or phone and we will answer all your questions and if required arrange a viewing.

2. We make an appointment

We will liaise with the vendor and agree a suitable time. This will be confirmed via text or email, including what member of staff will accompany you.

3. View the house

A member of the Moovahome team will attend the viewing so feel free to ask any questions. We have an excellent knowledge of all areas within Swindon, including local schools, shops and other amenities.

4. Next steps

If you love the place call us straight away and make an offer. If we don’t hear from you, we will call you the next day to hear your thoughts. This also enables to provide valuable feedback to the vendor.

5. Offer accepted

Once a sale is agreed, Moovahome will instruct all relevant parties and provide you with a step by step guide of what to do next.

6. Need help with sorting a Mortgage or instructing a Solicitor

We have excellent relationships with a number of Mortgage experts and Solicitors and will be more than happy to introduce you.

7. The legal process

Don’t panic as we will guide you through the entire process. We will do all the necessary chasing of third parties such as any of the Solicitors or Agents involved in the chain.
