1. Arrange a valuation: This is the easy bit. Just give us a call or send an email and we will arrange a time to visit your home and have a look around.

2. Agree marketing plan: Assuming we are instructed, we will prepare for your approval a marketing plan, including sales particulars, photos, floor plans, video etc

3. Marketing commences We aim to go live the same day, but guarantee that within 24 hours of attending your home for the marketing details, we will have your property live on all our advertising platforms. It will also be advertised on Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram.

4. Enquiries and viewings: We handle all enquiries and will make an assessment of their ability to proceed. Should a viewing be required we will arrange a suitable time for both parties and of course all viewings are completed by Moovahome staff.

5. Providing feedback and weekly reporting: Our management software contacts the viewers via text and email 4 hours from the viewing for initial feedback. Furthermore, we provide weekly sales performance and will discuss this with you and if appropriate adjust the marketing.

6. Need help with sorting a Mortgage or instructing a Solicitor: We have excellent relationships with a number of Mortgage experts and Solicitors and will be more than happy to introduce you.

7. Handling offers: We will refer all offers to you for consideration and discussion. Once an offer is accepted by you, Moovahome will instruct all relevant parties and provide you with a step by step guide of what to do next

8. The legal process: Don’t panic as we will guide you through the entire process. We will do all the necessary chasing of third parties such as any of the Solicitors or Agents involved in the chain.
