Meet the Team

Ashley Cain

DIRECTOR/OWNER​

Ashley founded Moovahome in 2003 and has built the company by setting very high standards on all aspects of the business.

His main focus is offering first-class customer service via regular communication to all existing clients and potential new business whether it be sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants. With a keen eye on all aspects of marketing, often found behind the video camera creating property particulars and involved throughout the process.

Ali Newnham

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ali joined the Moovahome team in 2018, 15 years after she was originally approached to join.

Ali brings with her a wardrobe of corporate colours! Her role as Operations Manager involves dealing with customer queries as well as driving the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Ali is often the ear of reason for a landlord or tenant and promotes a ‘can do’ attitude, backed by a catalogue of procedures.

Evie Wickens

SENIOR SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Evie joined Moovahome in the summer of 2020, coming from a background in new home sales and advertising.

She has a keen eye on achieving deals both in sales and lettings, with her results in the first month breaking previous records.


Evie’s bubbly personality and determined nature has made her a key member of the team.

Pauline Minton

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER​

Pauline is our longest serving member of the team having worked for Moovahome since 2009, bringing with her an invaluable 30 years’ experience in a variety of accounts related roles in Swindon.

Pauline Works alongside our company accountant and has overall control of the day to day processing of rents, working closely with landlords, tradesman and tenants.

Alan Butchart

SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Alan joined the team in the summer of 2021, bringing with him a focus on customer service, a keen eye on the detail of property adverts and a personality that appeases tenants and landlords.


Alan spends most of his days running around our HMO portfolio doing fire checks, inspecting tenancies and checking the HMO standards.

Lucy Cooper

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lucy joined our team in 2021 to gel both our front office and back office teams together, to ensure our service is replicated throughout the Company.

With a keen eye on administration, Lucy renews all tenancy agreements and landlord paperwork as well as handling most of our sales and lettings leads.

Hannah Kinsella

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER

Joining our team in the summer of 2023, Hannah joins Pauline and Lucy in offering sales and lettings support to our team.

Creating tenancies, booking in viewings and completing lots of the admin in the background is a varied role. but a role that Hannah has exceeded in since joining us.
